　　China's internet community is the fastest growing in the world. In 2010, China had about 420 million Internet users, and the number is growing rapidly. The growing popularity of the internet has brought about major social changes. Chinese netizens are often different from American netizens. American Internet users are more driven by practical needs, using the internet as a tool to send emails, buy and sell goods, do research, plan trips or make payments. Chinese netizens use the Internet more for social reasons, and thus more widely use forums, blogs, chat rooms and so on.
